We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Window Treatment Sales Consultant to join our team!

The ideal candidate has a passion for assisting consumers with selecting custom window treatments for their home or office. This involves collaborating with the consumer to transform their space into an aesthetically pleasing environment that reflects their personal decor style. This requires having a broad knowledge of the latest trends in window treatments.

• Collaborate with the consumer to understand their vision and requirements for window treatments.
• Provide expert advice to the consumer with selecting a window treatment product, color scheme, fabric selection, and pattern design.
• Educate the consumer to understand the features and benefits of various window treatment products.
• Stay current on window treatment industry trends, materials, and techniques to provide innovative solutions.

• Basic knowledge of custom Window Treatments.
• Excellent verbal communication skills to successfully interact with consumers.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in high-end retail sales is preferred.
• Ability to work within a team of Window Treatment Consultants.
• Experience with draperies, custom window shades, and blinds, a plus!
