More than 15 years ago, we installed 17 double cellular shades, our whole house. We have been very happy with them.Over the years, after daily use, we have had to repair two of the cord mechanisms. Recently, two of the shades developed failures in the seams. I took them to the Comfortex retail store in Cohoes, NY to ask about repair. To my surprise, I was told that the fabrics have a life time warranty. Since the issue was not from external damage their replaced both blinds that I had brought in. I was amazed! Comfortex stands behind their product.
