My experience with Comfortex was two fold. First, the professionalism & knowledge of the staff at the store in Latham was so helpful to me in making the decision as to what kind of blinds to choose. They spent as much time as was necessary to take care of me. I am grateful for that.The company contracted by Comfortex (1st Call Maintenance & Remodeling) is excellent. Jim & Mike came to my home, took the measurements prior to the purchase & then returned to my home to install the blinds. They were efficient, precise, very friendly & pleasant and cleaned up after themselves, leaving nothing for me to do except put the left over materials in the trash.
